Award process & timeline
A Meaningful Journey Toward Human Capital Excellence
The Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA)-XII-2026 is designed not only as an awards platform, but also as a journey of insight-sharing, learning, and recognition for organizations driving impactful Human Capital transformation. From registration and submission to judging and final recognition, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their initiatives, exchange best practices, and be part of a platform shaping the future of work in Indonesia.The Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA)-XII-2026 is designed not only as an awards platform, but also as a journey of insight-sharing, learning, and recognition for organizations driving impactful Human Capital transformation. From registration and submission to judging and final recognition, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their initiatives, exchange best practices, and be part of a platform shaping the future of work in Indonesia.
Online Registration & Submission
Participants complete the online registration form through the official IHCA-XII-2026 website. After registration, participants will receive the official invitation letter, submission guidelines, and presentation template from the organizing committee.
Confirmation Form Submission
Participants are required to complete and return the confirmation form to confirm participation and select their preferred judging schedule. Judging session slots are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
Presentation Material Submission
Participants submit their presentation materials and supporting documents based on the submission guidelines and award category requirements provided by the committee.
Judging Session
40-Minute Online Presentation via Zoom
Each participant will attend an online judging session facilitated by the organizing committee and moderated by the assigned host/moderator.
Judging Agenda
- Presentation Session — 10 Minutes
- Question & Answer Session — 30 Minutes
The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on the presentation materials, organizational initiatives, implementation impact, innovation, and overall contribution to Human Capital excellence.
Recognition at IHCA Conference
Selected winners and distinguished organizations will be announced and recognized during the IHCA Conference & Awarding Session alongside HR leaders, business executives, and Human Capital practitioners from across Indonesia.
