Since 2012, Indonesia Human Capital Awards and Conference has served as a trusted platform for recognizing organizations and leaders who are advancing people strategy, leadership, workplace culture, and organizational capability across Indonesia. Organized by Economic Review, NBO Indonesia, and Thomas International Indonesia, the platform combines awards recognition, conference experiences, and best practice sharing to strengthen the Human Capital ecosystem in Indonesia.
